Can I return or exchange the E Cigarettes if I am not satisfied with my purchase?
Within 7 days of receiving the E Cigarettes, if you are not satisfied with the product and it has not been used and is in its original packaging, you can apply for a return or exchange. The shipping cost will be at your own expense. If the return or exchange is due to a quality issue, the shipping cost will be covered by us.
